Software can now be downloaded from the product pages/downloads section. Other things to note:

the manual says its for Eos, Eos ti (WOOOOOOO), and Gio. Does it apply to Ion also? (just making sure before i print it).

There is a separate manual for Ion specifically. Look at the Ion product page on the website.
