OLE 2.0

Hey...

I got some problems with the OLE 2.0 on windows 8.

its impossible to import images for magic sheets, i also can´t change the language in shell or disable the fulscreen mode! The OLE doesn´t save the changed settings !?

The reaction is really slow if i jump between the tabs and sometimes eos.exe crashes

Somebody else with the same problems?

Julian, can you send us your logs? To eos@etcconnect.com. Please describe the issue. You need to launch Eos in administrator mode. We have on our list to change that.

I did not run it in anministration mode! Now everything works fine!

We would still like to get the logs to see if we can track down the crash. Please email them to eos@etcconnect.com. In the email, just identify a crash with the offline software.

I experienced an issue upgrading from the previous release to V2.0 on Windows Vista. Consequently I was unable to access my Show Archive, and was unable to save any show files with a Persistent Storage issue being displayed. However after performing a deep clean, restarting my PC and running the software as an Administrator I have been able to overcome this issue. Thanks ETC for your on going support, the new features are excellent and I look forward to integrating them into my workflow.
