I'm sure I'm not the first to spot this one, but can't quickly see it written up here (haven't searched for long!).
In Blind...
chan1 Part 2 Time 3 Enter - moves the channel to the new part, but doesn't take the time change.
Definitely used to work, and the syntax is still accepted in the CL, but just doesn't take the time (or delay).
