ION 2.0 Issues

If these were answered somewhere else, sorry, Couldn't find them.

#1> Park an address at let's say 1 [at] 50%, then reboot the console. The address will still be displayed in the park screen at 50%, but will not actually be on. To get it to work I then need to re-enter address 1 [at] 50. Parked Channels work fine.

#2> Type:

     chan 1 - {Image} - {Intensity} - {Color} [RECORD] [PRESET] 100 [ENTER]

Then:

     @ 7

Displays

     Chan 1 - Image @ 70 (which confuses the console)

I believe it should display

     Chan 1 @ 70

 

#3 > I have a Magic Sheet on Screen 1, and Live Table on Screen 2. When I press a button on the Magic Sheet, The magic Sheet becomes the active window and then the PAGE / Flexi / Format button won't work until I change focus back to the Live Table. Is there a way to keep this from happening?  If not currently, then maybe when the Magic Sheet is Locked, it won't pull Focus.

  • Thanks for reporting these.

    #1 is a defect and will be fixed, but it only happens if the address is parked, but not patched to a channel. So a workaround is to patch the address to unused channel, and then it will remian parked through a restart.

    #2) This is a defct, it should post [Chan 1 at 70]

    #3) There isn't agood way to prevent this, if you want format/flexi/arrows to affect the channel display, you must put focus back on that tab.

    It seems like it just adds unneeded steps having to re-select the channel display after every time I use the Magic Sheet.If the Magic Sheet is Locked, then there should be no reason that it needs to stay active.
