THRU Bug

Greetings, 
 I am running a new Gio version 2.0 software and have noticed that the odd time the THRU button will ignore channels. If you hit 270 THRU 274 it will only select 270 + 271 (for example). If you where to type 270+271+272+273+274 everything works. This does not happen all the time and sometimes the THRU for the same channels will work. If it helps, I am using Live Table showing Active Channels. 
 I am asking if this is a know bug as the LD who is here was working at another venue last week with an EOS and said they had the same issue.

when you are in Flexi ActiveChannels and type 270 thru 274, do you have all the channels in the range on the screen already? if not, if they are not part of your current Flexi mode, then you will have to type 270 thru thru 274 to include all channels, even if they are not part of your flexi mode at the moment.

when in Active Channel View the syntax would be 270 [thru][thru] 274.
