Currently running 2.0 although I've had this happen with other versions also. The main Q-List is list #1, Dimmer Check is List #2.
After changing from list #2 to List #1, Not all the other devices on the network may make the change. If any stay in List #2, then as I'm running through cues from list #1 on the ION, occasionally the ION will jump to List #2. It does not do this all the time. The devices on our network are an RVI and PC Offline. Luckly, it hasn't done this during the show, yet....
