Why 2 cue lists

I am not sure I understand why the cue list appears twice above the CIA. How can I expand it so that it only appears once? What is the purpose behind it?

i take it you have the playback status display (psd) open above the cia? in that case you would use Format (or offline F49 to cycle through the various formats (in your case there are three different formats, one includes two cuelists).
