EOS 2.0 OLE Not allowing show file to open

So I have gone through the previous posts and I can not seem to find a solution to my problem. It seems similar to some of the things I have read but I will post it here and maybe someone can decifer it for me:

I have downloaded EOS 2.0 OLE to my computer. To open the OLE I right click and click on "Run as Administrator". I have my show file which I have saved from my console to my USB flash drive. I go to open the file and it says, "Error, Unable to open show file". Is there a step I have neglected? My show file is also 2.0. Thanks!

Hi Kearston,

what is the exact name including file extension of the show file you are trying to open?

Is the file extension a .esf ?

What version Windows is running on your computer?

Can you attach the showfile here, so we can try opening it?

I am running Windows 7...the file is attached.

If you are able to open it, my next guess is going to be something wrong with my work computer. I am going to try to open it on my home computer later tonight and see if that works.

hi kearston, the showfile opens fine with my OLE. sounds like you would have to talk to your IT department? btw: after the next update, OLE will probably run without admin rights again...
