Are you trying to visualize something that is not there?  Maybe possible.

Or are you trying to visualize something that is there - but you don't want to affect it's live state?  None that I can think of.

Either way - natively your experience may be a bit disappointing.   I find capture polar student edition to be a great way to visualize 2 universes of conventionals - but it does involve some work.

Setting the background as "Link to Color and Intensity" gives you a poor man's visualizer. I don't think there's any way to see a running effect in Blind though. Blind is typically used to view/edit a specific target.
