Range setting on new fixture

hi, I have LED units that have a intensity chan that after dmx189 or 74%ish becomes an effect control.

I think I should set the range of the intensity parameter to max 189 (new fixture, rgbi). This has no effect.

I can change the user range to 74% and this works.

Am I not doing something?

- enter the maximum value (0-255) for the range slot.

any ideas?

Hi there,

The fixture editor seems to be working for me - when I set a maximum DMX value, the console won't output anything higher than that. I'd love to take a look at what you're seeing though. Would you be able to send a showfile, noting the channel and fixture in question, to hh <at> etcconnect <dot> com?
