Some of these features are already implemented:

Copy & Paste (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V)

Object background and borders can already be linked to the color and intensity of the fixture.

I don't know what you mean by linking to the fixture library. There are already several attributes that pull information from the fixture library and/or the patch.

I don't think having fixtures move based on pan & tilt is practical without implementing 3D modelling, which isn't really the point of a magic sheet. That's more the realm of a visualizer.

The Copy/Paste is convinient if you have a keyboard atatched. But it would be handy along with Mirror in the Layout Tab when Editing.

What i mean by linking to Fixture library, Would be similar to the Colour Linking. Say i drop a Fixture object into my Sheet, i could go to Library (Same as patch) and assign the fixture and all the attributes would populate to the object.

The Pan or rotate on Pan feature Would be just quick visual reference. + or - could tell you what the Tilt is.
