Profile for FlexAray fixtures

Hi All,

 

I need the profile for FlexAray RGBAW fixtures.  For some legacy equipment issues, I can't upgrade the software on my Ion until DMX node issues are resolved.

 

Is there a place I can grab the profile?

    Hi Ron,

    It looks like some of the generic profiles may be able to control the fixture right away - both DMX mode 1 and 3 are this way:

    DMX Mode 1 would correspond to the Ion's Generic -> LED RGBAW 8B (8 bit) profile

    DMX Mode 3 would correspond to the Ion's Generic -> LED RGBAW 16B (16 bit) profile

     

    DMX Mode 2 doesn't correspond to an existing profile at the moment (It would be LED RGBAWI 8B, if we had that available), nor does DMX Mode 4 (It would be LED RGBAWI 16B, if we had that available)

    However, if you copied the fixture profile in the fixture editor (see page 80 of the Ion v2.0 manual -- this hasn't changed much between software versions) and gave the intensity parameter a DMX value (and changed it to 16bit for Mode 4), any of these could be easily used. Modes 1 and 3 should work right out of the box though.
