I feel like there must be something obvious I'm missing, but I've been at it for days to no avail.
We're using an Ion to run the show, and have a laptop running the Eos client software as a cue list monitor for stage management. When I open the offline shell and click on eos family client, the offline editor opens but it never searches for the Master. I've had plenty of other networking issues where the client searches for the master and doesn't connect, and have been able to solve those. However, in this case the client never even tries to connect at all. What am I missing?
What confuses me the most is that the stage manager and I have the exact same HP Elitebook, purchased at the same time and running the same operating system. I installed the Eos Client Software on both computers using the exact same download. It connects perfectly on my computer, and doesn't search for the master on hers. Any ideas? Thanks!
