Help! Scroller issues on ION

I have 12 scrollers.. All using the same color string and same profile in the console. When advancing from frame #1 to frame #2 two of the scrollers scroll to the end of the string then scroll all the way back thru to frame #2. The rest respond and react as they should. Is there something I am missing? They were all patched at the same time, using the same scrolls.. Help! So confused.

Hi Chilove2013,

have you tried give one of the working ones the same address as the one having this issue, if it behaves like it should, than you know it could not be a false Setup at the console, so it could be that your scroller has the possibility to change the scroll behavior at the scroller itself, or you just have to reset the scroller manually.

If it has the same issue after setting the address, you should find out if there is any difference in patch, a very easy workaround to solve this you only have to copy a working channel in patch to the ones whitch don't work correctly.

Could also be a tension or sensor issue in the scroller and every time you try to move it it tweaks out and resets itself, then goes to it's proper position.
