i have downloaded 1.9.6 firmware update for ION console. wanted to update it via USB. the update process ends and after it an application error occurs. "The instruction at "0x00439742" referenced memory at "0x0000a52e". the memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program"
what does that error mean? plz help. thanks.
