First a little background:
Our main desk in the booth is set up as a backup, and our second desk is setup as a master backstage. We have three RVI's, two in the house and one backstage.
While programming, we suddenly lost control... Any channel changes that we saw on our main desk were not reflected onstage. Looking at the network status on our main desk, it showed User 1 | Client, where it usually shows User 1 | Backup | Tracking. We saved the show on the master, and the show saving dialogue appeared on our main desk. We exited EOS and logged back on as Backup, synced up just fine, and its been working fine for the last half-hour.
Any ideas?
