ION | Client Connection Issue

I am having some issues getting my PC running the current version of EOS/ION software to connect to my ION. The client computer just says Waiting for Master . . . When I click on troubleshoot there is no master in the right hand pain. I know that the computer will communicate with the desk because I can run a Capture show form my ION.

Any ideas?

Hello,Have you checked to make sure the the IP settings on your computer are right? If you need help setting this up please let me know. I usually use IP 10.101.1.101 subnet: 255.255.0.0

Ya, I have been using this computer to run Capture shows from the console. So I am fairly certain that it is not an IP issue. but I will double check. Thanks.
