Let me preface this by saying i was not at the console, there was a very green student running the show here, we have an RVI that was not in Mirror Mode at the time.
What was told to me that no one was touching the console at the time (in booth, cannot verify RVI) and the console exited the show and went to the start up screen and locked and had to hard reboot. The only highlighted button on the screen was the set up which produced no action when touched. DMX was never lost during time it took to figure out what to do...our racks are set to stay on for 3 minutes and it was probably 5 minutes before we hard rebooted....
I honestly think it may have been OE but you never know...
