Suggestions for *small* non-touchscreen monitors for use with RVI?

I'm setting up a designer station in a very cramped television control room, and the standard-issue DVI monitors are much too large for the available area.  Can anyone suggest smaller monitors that would still be acceptably legible?  We are looking into elaborate arms and brackets, but I'd like to avoid a huge tower of monitors.  Anecdotal advice much appreciated.

  • I run the Eos client software on my 13" Macbook Air, which has a resolution of 1366x768.  That's about the smallest I'd suggest.  If you can find a 13" DVI monitor out there, give it a shot... just be careful because a lot of the 13" monitors out there are USB monitors.

You could actually use USB monitors if you're just setting up a PC or Mac with the client software... but if you're using a full console or RVI, you'll need to go the DVI route.

How much data are you trying to display?

    Cheers,
