Saving Ion Global Settings - Transfer to new console

Question

Is there a way to save all of the settings on an Ion so that they can be exported and loaded into a new console? 
 We are sending our Ion in for repair and are getting a loner, and I would like to be able to just import the old settings to save having to reconfigure the new console to match our current set-up (i.e network settings, wings, monitors, etc.)

In Tech Services, we have created some spreadsheets that let you write down the Desk Setup and the shell settings that don't transfer currently - we send them out in the re-image kit instructions. I've attached the version for 2.0.0 (which also works for 2.0.1) to this post.
