SeaChangers not changing...sometimes

So, we have had this problem before and never resolved it. Sometimes, with some colors, some SeaChangers just don't go to the color. Everything is accurate in the console. And if you go to a different color and then back, often they will go. Or if the instruction was a cue GO and they didn't change, and then you say Go To Cue, they will go correctly. I know this is a fixture issue, but I was wondering if anybody else experiences this.

    We have been using our seachangers for about 3 years with our eos and have never encountered a problem like you are seeing except one time....which turned out to be a tracking issue.  if there is no move instruction the seachanger will stay in its last known state.  To avoid this i create a cue .5 that has all NIPS going to a hard home value.
