Using Direct Select on Gio

Thank you for your quick reply.

1. Open Virtual direct select module to each location of built-in display in Gio.

2. Wait for few minutes.

3. Never touch any tile and never operation any key or mouse navigation.

4. Watch to see command line.

Anyway, You guys fixed this V2.0.0 problem in V2.0.1, Maybe!

This sounds like it could be a couple of things -- would you be able to send me the serial number of the Gio console that you've observed this on to hh <at> etcconnect <dot> com?

Just need solution!!

It might be resolved to using touch screen calibration.

You should never mind.
