Our new ETC Ion board set up fine with a single monitor setup. The only trouble is that the softkey display on the monitor gets cut off at halfway down the screen. It doesn't matter which softkeys are on screen, they always get cut off halfway. So in the home screen the softkeys on the monitor list as:
|uery][Address][Highlight][Snapshot][Assert] [more SK]
The softkey display on the LCD screen works fine
Any help rectifying this problem would be greatly appreciated.
