EOS Encoder screen

Turned my board on this afternoon and the encoder screen isn't displaying anything the touch is still functioning just not displaying anything but a white screen.

Does a restart fix the problem? If not, you could have a loose connector.

Restart didn't fix it. About 10 minutes before the end of the show it decided to work again. Very strange behaviour.

This is usually due to an intermittent internal connection. I'd advise a call to your local support:
