ION Fog Machine Fixture Profile

We were recently given a Look Solutions Viper II fog machine. I need a profile for this machine. I have attached a manual for the Viper NT. I have been unable to find a manual for the Viper II but I believe they are basically the same machine. I need this by Nov 1st.

The manual provides no guidance on DMX channel mapping. Assume it is a 1-channel device with only a flow rate and select Generic/Fog as your patch type.
