Element stop effect for magic sheet & magic sheet on softkeys

On an Element it seems a bit cumbersome to be in the correct place for stop effect to show up on the softkeys.  Since I will be running effects from a MS (mainly led color) I want to create a link on the MS that will stop all effects.  Not so bad but any input on a way to make the macro also tell the fixtures to resume where they left off prior to the effect?  Say they are all magenta and I run the red/blue effect.  I stop it and all fixtures stop at either red, blue or somewhere in-between.
Any way to tell it to go back to all mangenta?  I'm guessing not.

Also in regards to being in the correct place.  What key needs to be pressed to get to the correct list of softkeys that open a Magic Sheet?

The manual says [Displays] {Magic Sheet} [Enter] or [Displays] {Magic Sheet} [#] [Enter] however I can't find a hard key for Displays.  When I go to the actual Browser Displays there is no Magic Sheet Display OR new listed.

  • Not sure if it will work the way you want, but if you are using cues you could try adding a [Go To Cue] [Enter] (Will use default go to cue time) or [Go To Cue] [Time] [n] [Enter] to the end of the stop effect macro to go to the current cue. How are the lights getting their data (cue, sub, manual, etc)?
