Our Ion wouldn't recognize DMX signal for the 2nd time last night. It seemed to take forever for the console to fire up and I needed to click Primary a number of times. Also the board was saying offline which I don't think it usually says .
I had to roboot numerous times and turn dimmer racks on and off before it finally worked. (i could get into show file) but no lights. Dmx would work in our old board.
Any suggestions?
