Renumbering Cues.

At the moment there isn't a way to do this quickly, but I know this is something that has been asked for by a number of people.

I use a macro to speed the tedious manual process up a little. The macro assumes the next cue is a dot cue.

Cue Next Thru Move to Cue Next << note no trailing Enter

The target of the move sometimes needs tweaking to make it a whole number, particularly when there are several dot cues in a row.

Sometimes the move will result in the creation of even more dot cues but subsequent iterations will clean them up.
