I finished a show with ETC ION and bring along with the same console to go touring.
When I saw the cues, I found there are some channels "disappear" from cues, group and Effect. I can control those channels but which are missed from memory. Please advise how to fix it.
Any function can freeze a channel from memory?
Or file loading problem?
p.s. I am a LD. My programmer is the frist to use ION; both of us are not familiar with ION.
