Help! Help! Help!

My gio console wont turn on! I tried reconnecting it to a different circuit, I tried the back on off power button! It was working last week. I am supposed to be lighting a show today! Any ideas??

Hello Ken,

Make sure that the power to the console is on and the switch in the back is in the '1' on position for several minutes. Then try holding down the power button for at least ten seconds.
