CXI scrollers jumping in cues with Follow / Hang time

EOS 2.1.0 Beta Build 94

We are experiencing the following when running Wybron CXI in Mix mode. The strings will reset to the tail of the string then reset to the proper color. This only happens when a FOLLOW or HANG is encountered. If running the cue sequence with Time Disable the strings do not jump. We know the color is tracking with no change as well.

Stoney,

I am not able to reproduce your issue with the CXI scroller in the lab. Would it be possible to send your show file to eos (at) etcconnect (dot) com. Please put attention RnD and reference this forum post.
