Eos Family Go button not working in a specific show

Go button not working in a specific show

I have created a show and for some reason, the Go button and Back button do not work in this show.

I can loan another show and they work fine but when I reload that specific show, the go button no longer works.

Any suggestions??

Which console are you using?

Presumably you can see your cuelist in the Playback Status display?

Does the display above the Main Playback faders show that there is a cuelist loaded into that Playback, or is it blank?

Can you post a copy of your showfile here?

In this show, there's nothing assigned to the main playback. [Cue]1[Enter][Load] will prime the pump. [Go to Cue]1[Enter] would also do it. After that, cue list 1 will be associated with the main playback and you won't see the issue any longer.

I suspect you are seeing this behaviour because the Desk setting "Auto Playback" is disabled.
