Programing on an EOS with v2.1 and say for instance I have channels 1-10 selected with 1-5 being null currently and 6-10 having a level at the time.  When I hit [+%] only channels 6-10 increase by 10 points while 1-5 remain null.  Is this the expected behavior?  On ION I am used to using [@][+][+] would affect all selected channels.  This behavior works on the EOS too but it was my understanding that [@][+][+] was the ION equivalent of [+%].  The manual says nothing that I can find of [+%] affecting only active channels.

Is this unintended behavior or am I just miss understanding?

  • Hi Mark,

This is expected behaviour, you'll notice that it also posts Select Active to the command line, this was added quite a while back. On Ion the syntax is [Shift][+] and this has been the case for quite a while now. If my memory serves me correctly [At] [+][+] was the old syntax before Shift came in, so it may well be you are were running a very old version of software on the Ion.

    Cheers
