Has anyone got a cunning way to sort out the parameter differences when swapping to different moving lights? I just changed some fixtures types and there are now new parameters which don't appear in the show file. It's easy to go through and add these parameters (as if they're not being used) to my presets in blind but I now need to go through all my cues and tell those parameters to reference the same preset as the rest of the light. Of course I could do it manually on my not so big file (as i've done before) but has anyone come up with a way for doing this on really big shows?
In my case the additional parameters aren't needed so they can just stay homed, for the sake of neatness and the possibility of one day using them in this show i'd quite like to include them in the presets and cues.
