Tap Rate Functions

Love the new functions for tap rate. I was wondering, would it be possible to add the functionality that I could adjust BPM on the encoder wheen directly from live? I love tap and would still use but this would also be a great way to grab it quick.

That is in work Jonathan. We will also make the commands less syntax heavy to call from the CL.
