Beam time

HI there,

I'm using some MAC Viper Performances in a show to do a slow prism rotation which, over the next cue, should slow down to a stop. However, despite the beam time being 5 seconds, the rotation stops instantaneously. I'm not sure this should happen? At the moment, have made an effect to do the same thing which seems to work, but would prefer it to happen in the cue. Am I missing something?

We use Eos system with the most recent software update.

The parameter is probably set to "Snap" in the fixture profile.

There are a few ways to fix this. The easiest way is to assign discrete time to the beam parameter in the cue.

Make sure that in the proceeding cues, the value for "Beam FX Select" is tracked through.

Edit: sk8rs_dad is correct the "Beam FX Index/Speed" is a snap
