Software Rollback?

I am trying to rollback my software from 2.1 back to 2.0. I am having a number of issues with this new version as well as it being pulled from the downloads. When I try and unistall the current software (2.1) it gives me the ERROR: DoInstall failed with a return code of -1. ??? I need help here.

how did you try to uninstall? did you go to Software Update, chose a previous software version and the installer offered you to uninstall? (and just to make sure: the previous version would be 2.0.1, not 2.0 .

Also ring your local tech support if you need this fixed straight away, they'll be happy to help. If it can wait until Monday ring then.

There's also only a small number of issue with 2.1.1, if you tell us the problems you're having we can maybe help you with some work arounds.

I have already sent in my files and had responses from Anne. I came up with a work around which was confirmed by ETC as the best way to temporarily fix the problem until they fix it in the next update. . Its causing my movers to do wacky things that never happened before. The work arounds are time consuming and annoying. Just want to go back to 2.0. But the console isn't letting me.

Yes, and the version is 2.0.0.9.0.149

I was able to successfully rollback to 2.0.1.
