I'm working with an ION, as far as I know it has the current upgrade. I've cued my show and today during our tech dress, several of the MAC 301's we're using are tracking their positions to locations not previously recorded. My ALD and I went through and corrected the issues, saved the show, and ran through the show to make sure the corrections took. Many of them did, a couple did not, and in a couple instances, new lights had tracked to erroneous positions. We fixed those new errors, saved the show and called it a day.
We programmed the lights using both palletes (color, focus, and beam) as well as hard numbers dialed in through the encoder wheels.
Anyone dealt with anything like this before and if so, how did you resolve the issue?
