I'm having a weird issue with my VariLite 2000 Spots. The second gobo wheel should be able to index and spin, and I must be missing something.
So my top encoder on the image page is Gobo Select 2. The next encoder is Gobo Index/Speed 2 where I have an option of Index 0 to 360 D and Rotate -100 to 100%. So I can select my gobo and the mode, but can't actually index or spin it from the encoder. I can use direct selects and manual information in the command line to make it move. I've tried pushing on the encoder and looked on other pages but can't find anything.
My questions are- is it my profile? I'm using VL2000 Spot Enhanced 16B. I've tried the other option- VL2000 Spot S 16B to no avail.
Is there a setting for the encoder that allows it to 'click' over to other options? I can't find anything in desk/show settings or in the shell. I also can't seem to use fine/ coarse pan and tilt.
Am I totally just missing how to do this?
