Rem Dim on Partitioned System

Running 1.3.1, 1 RPU as Master, 2 Eos as Client. When each client is in a specific partition, pushing RemDim on one console will put manual values onto the other console.

We'll fix that, it shouldn't be dimming out the channels not in your partition.
