We have an ION - 1024 with a 2 x 10 Fader wing that we purchased in March 2010. After turning on the board today it booted properly and then the keypads on the console froze. There were also some power up issues where the LCD screens didn't load or lagged. We reset it a number of times as well as tried to load other shows or a new show. The USB keyboard was working but not the keypads on the console. After 4 attempts we got the board to boot properly and were able to use the keypad again.
Any idea what could be wrong? Does this sound like something we need to send it in for service or is this a sign that it is about to die a miserable death. Tech Week begins on Monday. :)
