Do you recall when this last happened? Was it right before you saved the logs? Did you save logs after the deep clear?

I think the log was printed after the deep clear, but fuzzy on that detail. 

UPDATE

It happened again last night.  The Macro did not fire in the same cues.  We are now having the operator do a manual fade.

We did not try anything new last night and did not do a deep clear to see if it would fire again.  saved log file at the end of night if you want to see it.  I have a hunch i am going to pursue and will let you know.

so my try did not work.  but i did do a deep clear again and even that did no help.  it is still not triggering.

it is still not triggering,.  Either is cue M27 in first cue.

Her is the log from the end of Tuesday night and the log for after i tried the deep clear yesterday afternoon.
