Can Element be used as a Client for an ION?

Although not the most elegant solution, can the Element be used as a client for the ION?

I know normally there is only the Element Client button on the Shell, but if you click that while connected to an ION on the network, will you be able to have full control of the ION or will it just not connect?

If not...... can I request this for the future?

Element doesn't support multi-console networking so it can't be used as a client. A PC client is limited to mirror mode.

Carl, this is unlikely. Element has a different feature set than the rest of the desks. It cannot connect to the other desks in the family because it does not have the required UI.
