Blue Rate

Quick question-

During programming today a blue 'Rate 100%' popped up on both my playback screen and on the screen above my main faders next to the list number. It hasn't affected anything, but I'm not sure what I did to make it appear.

Does anyone know what this or why its there?

i would guess, you pressed the [Rate] button right next to the Go button. 100% means no change. you could now move the rate wheel (the one near the Go button) and have cues accelerated or slowed down.
