Eos has a system to control multiple dmx-channels that belong together. in your case, forget what the fixture receives.
with the encoder you choose the mode, e.g. Frost and with Fine mode of the encoder you control the amount of frost.

with version 2.1.x you turn the encoder to Frost mode and with Shift+Encoder you chose the amount of frost.
