RFU Connection Issues

Is anyone having issues with their wireless RFU for the ION? Seems like since I updated the console to the most current version my RFU constantly disconnects. Its extremely annoying and time consuming.

Hi Antca,

do you mean the Net3 RFR Remote?

Did you update both the base and the handheld?

Are the rech. batteries maybe weak and need to be replaced?

What Firmware does the base now have?

What firmware does the handheld now have?

Is the Base connected via USB or Network?
