Help with ion fader wing

Hi

i am using an Ion with a 2x20 fader wing

my question is how do I change pages on the fader wing?

also coming from an avolites background I am used to setting scenes, saving then hitting clear a few times to clear everything from the programmer.

but when I do this on the ion it is keeping some mover positions in the next sub I save? How do I clear everything?

many thanks in advance!

  • press and keep pressed [FaderControls] on your Ion. the display of your faderwing will change. press one of the lit bump buttons, release [FaderControls]

what you store to a sub depends on how you record it. when using [Record], you basically store the whole output. when using Chan 1 [Record] you store the whole output for channel one. when using Chan 1 Cyan [Record] you store the output for the cyan parameter of channel one.
when using [Record Only] you will store everything that is manual, which is everything that is written in red. record only can be more selective as well, when you use the methods in the Record examples.

to get rid of red values, you can't use Clear, because clear on an Eos-Family console doesn't do anything but clear the command line and eventually the selection. to get rid of red, use [Sneak][Enter].
