Hi everyone,
We recently did a show with several LED boxes that were made with LED tape. In patch we just made them RGB fixtures and they worked great for us. The designer had complete control over the color by using the color picker.
That show was then sent on as a Co-pro, and the next theatre is having issues with the boxes. They have our Eos show file, and are running it on an Ion. When they rum the cues, the boxes do exactly what they are supposed to, however, they cannot change the color. When the bring them up outside of a cue, (in cue 0) they come up in white, but again they cannot change the color.
Is there any reason why the fixtures would do this when going from an Eos to and Ion? Everything is plugged in the exact same way as it was here, and they are listening to their DMX because they work in the cues.
We just can't seem to come up with a reason as to why it's doing this. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
