My church uses Element consoles in a couple of different places and of course open to a variety of users. They were originally trained how to open their individual file and make whatever changes they want as time progresses and saving to their file.
Well of course as expected they are now saving their work on other ministries files. I'm sure there are also users now that have not been trained.
So I would really like the ability to lock out the console so files can only be opened, used and even changed at the time of use but NOT saved. That way when the console is powered down the correct file is still there. If they want something saved they would have to contact the administrator, Me in this case who through a password to unlock it can save it for them.
I'm sure this is not specific to just my church. Is this a possibility now or is it something being tossed around as a future item?
