Has anyone else noticed a problem with the glass covering the RFR sliding around on them? For whatever reason the glass on ours doesn't seem to be secured down very well - I can slide the glass to the left almost halfway across the screen. I wasn't sure if anyone else had encountered this issue or if I was just special. Thanks!
We are not aware of any additional sites with this problem but we certainly want to take care of this. Please contact our Technical Support folks and they'll send you a replacement.
